Bilateral hypo function and possible MAV?

Hi! I was diagnosed with bilateral vestibular hypo function in January 2013. I also have vestibular migraines which were treated with verapamil but am since off for over a year. I was sent for vestibular rehab from January until recently when I was told I am functioning good, which is true, no more dizzy feelings at all with driving. However, my migraines started back up and since then I have been left with a tricky symptom... It seems when ever I am viewing a moving car while driving or watching from my home window and seeing a moving car, it is causing a delay in the image. The image is kind of jerky looking. I am assuming this is because my eyes are seeing things up close, far away and in between and it is causing the jerkiness. I noticed it before when reading a book anything in my distance view would stutter along (no gaps in between, just kind of shaky). What can be the cause of this symptom?

My neuro otologist and my neurologist said it's Optokinetic nystagmus, but my eyes are not moving back and fourth, just the image.

    Thanks!

Do you have complete loss of vestibular function in both ear? I do and what you may be experiencing is oscillopsia.
