Possible IC - horrible, help please

Okay so I've been to urgent care several times for UTIs but I finally have an actual appointment scheduled with a urologist. I probably have IC, However I was hoping someone could advise what I could do right now to help ease my symptoms? I am in so much discomfort and pain, any advice is appreciated. See symptoms below:

Frequent flare ups since July 1st (usually at least once a day).

Hard to identify triggers, happens so often. They have happened after coffee/tea, after/during exercise (walking/yoga/running), after meals, late in the evening, any time I'm really tired, after sitting for long periods of time, car rides, flights, swimming, after not enough water, after too much water, and many other times.

During flare ups: burning, hot sensation in vaginal area; constant urge to pee; pressure/pain in pelvic area; burning pain during urination; occasional pain in lower back and sides.

Treated for UTI three times in the last six months, and several more times the year before that (at least 6-7 times total since July 2018).

Sometimes antibiotics work, but sometimes they have no effect and I have to wait for the pain to go away on its own (I have been prescribed them twice in the last two months to no effect)

Since March, I've felt pain off and on, and since the beginning of July, it's been daily discomfort.

At home UTI test strips keep coming back negative. My last two urine cultures sent to a real lab also came back normal despite my discomfort.

Flare ups are so intense they kept me up for an entire night at one point. Have to cancel things due to flare ups. Causing depression.

Only sometimes responsive to AZO pills.

Update July 26th. Been in a flare up for 16 hours. Azo providing no relief. Water not helping. Tylenol not helping. Kept me up all last night. Constant pelvic pressure and constant urge. Burning during urination. Burning vaginal area pretty much constant. No relief after urination - still feel like I have to pee. No position or stretching or anything provides relief. I have Coronavirus too so I'm worried I won't be able to keep my urologist appointment. Any suggestions at all for how to ease symptoms are appreciated.
