    Pressure/Bloating ... Help!

For about two weeks now, I have been experience nearly constant pressure in my lower abdomen. I would describe it as being in the middle just below my belly button. It has gone away for as much as a couple of hours, but returns. My stools have been relatively normal for the most part, with the exception of the occasional loose one. When I wake up in the morning, the pressure is the worst, and I pass a lot of gas. The pain is not intense nor debilitating, but more dull and annoying. Prior to this, I experienced about two months of anal itching following bowel movements. I would have a bm and about 30 minutes later, I would get an itching sensation. I would go back and "re-clean" the area, and that would resolve the problem until my next bm. That symptom seems to have gotten much better in the last few days. For what it's worth, I suffer from health anxiety. Thanks for your help!
