Unhappy Constant Dull Ache/Heaviness- LEFT Abdominal Side

Hello Guys! MY first post since I started reading this forum. I started having IBS C symptoms since Jan 2016. It all started with constipation and bloating. At first I tried to cure it by using laxatives but soon I started to develop abdominal cramps and pain. Long story short, I have undergone colonoscopy, ultrasound of the abdomen which were all normal.

I started the low FODMAP diet in April 2016 and my abdominal cramps are gone since then but my stools are still messy although I go everyday.
I started seeing a Naturopath in July 2016 and he tested me for SIBO using the breath test which came back positive. He put me on some herbal antibacterials and it has been 2 weeks since but there is hardly any improvement.
    MAJOR SYMPTOMS AND CONCERNS.

    1. CONSTANT DULL ACHE ON LEFT ABDOMINAL SIDE (both upper and lower) which radiates to my flanks as well. I feel better when i wake up and then after 30 minutes or so I start to have this ache which lasts for the entire day. The pain is like 3 on a 1-10 scale but it is really annoying and I can't stop to think that there is something really wrong with me. This dull ache is not affected by eating. It is just there. Is it usual symptom? Any ideas of what it could be? I had this for last 6 months now. Going for a CT Scan next month.

    2. Rectal Irritation - Again, I have this symptom for everyday since last 6 months. FYI- it is not a feeling of incomplete evacuation or an itch. It is just a constant irritation and it is not affected by having a bowel moment.

    3. Weak Urge for a Bowel Moment- Is it normal? Like if I miss it, I might not go for an entire day.

    Looking for some interesting replies.

    Thanks
