List of FODMAP foods by FODMAP

I've been following a low FODMAP diet for four weeks, and it does indeed seem to be helping with after meal bloating, fullness, stomach aches.

I am ready for the reintroduction phase. Once I succeed with a category such as Fructose I have read I can put it back in my diet.

My biggest concern is not eating something I have not reintroduced. For instance, I don't want to eat something that is both a Fructose and Fructans if I pass Fructose by have not yet challenged Fructans. That might be a bad example but you get the idea.

The categories I am using are: Fructose, Sorbitol, Mannitol, Lactose, Fructan Bread, Fructan Vegies, Fructan Fruit, Galactans

I know some recommendations are to stay on the low FODMAP diet until done reintroducing everything.
Thanks

Glad you are finding success with the low FODMAP.

I went to a U of M dietician so I used their list. http://www.myginutrition.com/downloads/High_FODMAP_foods.pdf It is somewhat limiting due to shortness.... but at least it gives an idea of what foods to try. I recommend doing garlic and gluten as completely separate groups due to the degree of upset by most people. Best of luck!
