Post possible ulcer caused by anticholinergic (Levbid)?

I've been taking Levbid for about six days now, and since yesterday have noticed pains even higher up in my abdomen and below my breastbone, and a bit to the side,(where my stomach is) and was wondering if it is possible that this anticholinergic could cause gastric ulcers? I know they can be caused by certain NSAIDs, but wasn't sure about this.

Also, my other question...the Levbid has dramatically (thus far, at least) reduced the lower/mid abdominal pains, but I still have diarrhea (not full-blown, but a good deal softer than normal). Is that abnormal?
