Question about dehyration and IBS-d

I have IBS-d and haven't been feeling well. Drinking Pedialyte really makes me feel better. Heart palps have been the main problem along with leg cramps. My Dr put me on metoprolol and the palps have gone away. Labs were done and my cal/mag/potassium/sodium are all normal but my RBC is high (5.31) From reading online this could be dehydration or heart disease. Could a person have normal electrolytes and be dehydrated? I guess I' hoping it's not heart disease.

Thanks for any help
