I'm 70 and have survived Heart Failure and Permanent Atrial Fibrillation for over 26 years. I've gotten quite a bit better and stronger over the past few years and am now able to do a daily, demanding exercise program.
Each day, I do two half hour power walks, about 150 full pushups, 24 minutes stepper, 500 weight curls, 100 weight side lifts and 200 weight side curls.
I also eat small, frequent, low calorie, high quality meals.
I also limit chemicals in my home and avoid any items with volatile organic compounds (VOCs), or unhealthy off-gases.
At 70, having Heart Failure, my next hopeful target is 75. Then on to 80!
However, my most confident expectation is that I will wake up tomorrow!
