    Blood test results

hello I hope someone can help as I have no luck speaking with my GP about my test results.

i possibly don't have kidney problems but my GP wanted to do some tests to rule it out.

thirst. Excessive thirst especially when going to bed.

high urine output due to over consumption of water

dry mouth (recently noticed slight receding gums)

waking in the morning with bone pains especially my wrists

aching muscles and feeling of muscle weakness. going upstairs kills my quads

    low mood

    heart palpitations.

I've had a lot of tests done. Results that I think are significant.

    Hba1c normal

serum adjusted calcium conc low. 2.09mmol

serum 25 oh vit D low 48mol even though I take vit D supplements OTC

Serum osmolality 292(abnormal greater than 290)

can anyone talk to me in plain English what's going on.

i feel crap and have no answers

Well none of that is an issue. How old are you? Menopausal? do you stay hydrated during the day? Caffeine intake? Have you had a Dexa scan? Any ortho issues - osteoarhtritis? Are you active - how much?
