Rash, breathlessness, diabetes please help :(

Long story short, went to ER 3 weeks ago felt dizzy/SOB/weak/coughing found out I was hyperglycemic and severly dehydrated they gave me 4 liters fluid and insulin. Go home felt crappy again went to ER found out I had bronchitis and a UTI *shrug* they said I had a UTI because there was blood in my urine, they gave me a shot through the IV for the nausea I was feeling and 2 liters of fluid. Felt horrid again I went into ER they did a CT scan of my chest for the SOB on mild exertion and they gave me benadryl and something else so my body wouldn't react to the contrast. SO now its 1 week later from last ER visit, I am dizzy constantly, decrease urine output, and I have this HORRIBLE rash all over my body. I am type 2 diabetic, blood sugars 155 fasting have mild high bp 140's/low 90's and a low pulse 45-70 generally around 50. Could this be kidney failure or something? A delayed reaction to dye? The dye giving me some sort of kidney failure? Only other symptoms I have is a constant lower back pain and dizziness, also a bit of chills and sweating.

they did a chem panel on me BEFORE the CT scan and everything was fine except I was low on BUN
Sodium 138
Potassium 4.8
Chloride 107
Carbon Dioxide 27
BUN 7L LOW
Creatine 0.7
Calcium 9.3

Medications I have taken past year:
glucophage
doxycycline
keflex
clyndamyacin
Septra
Bactrium
Benadryl
Med given at ER for dizziness
Med given at ER for contrast

Those labs are normal as far as the kidney stuff goes. You may be feeling crappy because of the high blood sugar. It can be a vicious cycle. You go high, get an infection , and then the infection makes your blood sugar go higher. What are you doing to get your diabetes under control?

Good luck.
