 Untreated bilateral hydronephrosis
Does anyone know the rough life expectancy for someone with stage 3 kidney disease who decides not to get treatment? My GFR is around 46, my creatinine 1.9 and BUN 42. These levels have remained quite stable for the past couple months. This is due to a urinary obstruction causing bilateral hydronephrosis. The urinary obstruction is due to severe physical and sexual abuse I suffered when I was younger. I now suffer from PTSD and severe anxiety and I am feel unable to cope with receiving further investigations and treatment. I know without help I will eventually go into kidney failure but I just wandered how long I might have? Does anyone have a clue? I'd really appreciate it, even if it's not that accurate.
