Oncocytoma or Cancer??? so confused...

Was just told today by my Urologist after reviewing CT scans that my kidney mass (3.3 x 2.6 cm) is either oncocytoma or cancer. He has scheduled a biopsy for Aug 1st. Not sure how I feel about the biopsy after reading that false negatives are common with oncocytoma and that most doctors just remove when its at least this size then have it tested, anyone had any experience with this? My family is pushing for me to go for a second opinion and I am seriously considering it, at this point I would rather they removed it and asked questions later. Is that crazy?? He also told me that the mass has a hollow center??? again anybody heard of that? The contrast ct showed blood flow to the mass. I cant seem to find anything relatively close. I have been having severe abdominal pain for the last week, that is what I initially went to the Dr for, and ultrasound found the mass. My uro seem to think that the abdominal pain im having has nothing to do with the mass. I am at a loss. any insight would be greatly appreciated!
