    What in place of ibuprofen?

Ibuprofen is really the only thing that helps muscle pain specifically. Not tylenol, not prescriptions like tramadol. Is there any kind of anti-inflammatory I can take with a kidney disorder?

You need to talk to your nephrologist. Tylenol worked ok for me but I could not take any anti-inflammatories or nsaids. I did sneak the odd when when pain became unbearable, but that was only once or twice per year. Sorry I can't be more help
