| Can't bend my knee - lots of leg cramps
Hi -
Over the past few years my knee has been able to bend less and less - I can barely bend in 90 degrees some days. I get pain on the outside of my knee after standing or walking for 15 minutes or so. I do have a bakers cyst. I also get leg cramps after I have been on my feet, the cramps come mostly when I am driving.
I have had a cortizone shot that did nothing. They just did a Synvisc injection - we will see if that helps.
Does anyone else have this problem? It's annoying not being able to bend my knee!!!
