    Ultrasound showed mild sacroiliac degenerative disease.

    Does anyone know what this means? Iím 24 years old is their anything I need to do to keep this from getting worse?

    The sacroiliac joint is the small joint between the sacrum(tailbone) and the pelvis. Degeneration is arthritis. You can ask to speak to a pain management doctor and they can you an injection of cortisone to relieve the pain NG and stiffness. Iíve had a number of injections.
