    Question Stairs still difficult

I had a left knee replacement in January 2019. I had some pain pain from facet joint degeneration. Iím still unable to go up and down the stairs without using the rail.
I think itís a balance and coordination problem. Anyone else had this and what did you do to solve it??

Have you been to PT for this?

Now that I have my back pain fixed. Had radio frequency ablation in December for facet joint degeneration. I’m calling my doctor to get an order for PT.

I am surprised that PT wasn't ordered for you at your checkup...but call the doctor and explain what is happening, PT will help.

I did speak to my ortho doctor (his assistant). He talked to dr marten and they thunk its neuro related and suggested I get an MRI. So I've made an appointment with my pain management dr
