    Misaligned hips?

Few years ago, was at the gym (I am NOT an ego lifter) and was doing squats when I felt a super tight feeling shoot through hamstring. Ever since then when I do any sort of squat motion with weight (lunges too), my hamstrings lock up and become super tight. And yes before you ask, I have good form. Began seeing chiropractor and turned out my left leg was slightly longer than right. Chiropractor has helped a lot, I can run/walk all day no pain but still cannot seem to squat. Even if I warmup squatting the bar (45 lbs) for one set my hammies become extremely aggravated. Assuming sciatica issue? Any advice/tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Could be. Do you have orthotics?
