how can the avascular necrosis be treated

last year (when i was 17 ) my left hip started hurting. after the magnetic resonance i was told that i have avascular necrosis (necrosis aseptica capitis femoris sin.). after that the orthopedic surgeon told me that they must make surgery to save my hip (decompression). after the decompression my hip wasn't any better.after that they made open biopsy and another decompression. they didn't found what caused the necrosis(before this i had never been ill ,never had taken any medicaments , never had any sports injury )
after that i was told only to do physiotherapy.
the summer after the second surgery i was better but as the time passed my hip started hurting again(and now not only in the hip i feel pain in the knee too and sometimes the pain gets through the whole lag. sometimes i can't even move the leg )now (11 mounts after the second surgery ) i went to computer resonance. in the report it says : in the femoral head and neck followed with altered morphology and structure, areas of sclerotic and lytic changes and moderately reduced joint addition to aseptic the soft tissues laterally and dorsally visible several calcifications

when the orthopedist saw this he said that they can make another decompression but it won't be successful because it failed twice . he said that the problems can be solved only with hip replacement ... but i am too young for that .
do you have any suggestions?
