Are these symptoms??? Blood in Urine and Enlarged Spleen.

Hi I am 32 and a mother of 3. In good health until last November 2012 when I was diagnosed with an under active thyroid. It started with enlarged lymph nodes under armpits which were incredibly painful and I couldn't put my arms down by sides also other symptoms more associated to thyroid. The doctor referred me to a breast clinic in November 2012 so have had the lymph nodes scanned and looked at by a specialist. After being on medication for my thyroid the lumps have gone down a bit and the pain is only occasional. Although the doctors do not associate the swollen lymph nodes with Hashimotos Throiditis their are others that do.

Since my diagnosis I have had occasional pain in my lower back, have been treated for suspected kidney infection numerous times in the last few months due to blood in my urine. The last time the tested my urine for infection...but there was no infection. I still have pain in my lower back and have abdominal pain so GP referred me for a scan of kidneys and bladder. At this scan they discovered I have a slightly enlarged spleen.

GP has now referred to a heamatologist to test my blood as she is concerned about cancers...

I read that enlarged spleen and blood in urine it comes up with Lymphoma or Leukemia. So was wondering did anyone else have these symptoms with cancer.

Thanks for reading and any advice offered.
