    Re: Low ALT

Not sure that low ALT is necessarily a problem since the really only indication of problem would be a high ALT.
Low ALT could be your body not absorbing the necessary nutrients. Many people on diets that involve high levels of liquids or people with prolong diarrhea seem to have lower ALT over a period of time. But that is not an indication, by itself, of a problem. My guess is that the low ALT has nothing to do with your symptoms.

Thank u a lot for your answer..Indeed, I have diarreah every morning after my menstrual cycle until my ovalution. My bowel movements are very soft and the colour is yellowish. I have many many weird health problems since last summer, very weird for my young age interfering with my life. It's not in my head, my symptoms are real and are unbearable.

I have to mention that I have low Alkaline Phospatase. I made a mistake while typing. My blood test show low ALP...Does anyone know what this means?
