High liver enzymes but no answer.

Here is everything I have felt for years. It started when I got pregnant for the third time with my oldest daughter. The first baby I was able to carry past the 12 weeks mark. (after her we lost another then had two more healthy babies with some mild pregnancy issues) Right after I had her we all got very very sick from some food at a diner. We all were taken to the hospital, and that is when they found my liver enzyme, as specially the alkaline phosphatase were elevated. Up in the hundreds. They admitted me and pumped me full of antibiotics and fluids.

From then on I was tested for everything. I had a endoscopy, colonoscopy, liver biopsy, tested everything. Found nothing. Over the years I have had doctors take blood and find they are elevated again. They tend to do it after I have had a cold or something. If they get high i itch so so bad , starting at hands and feet.

But they all give up sooner or later, some they just think its all in my head. I have even been tested for STD's all negative and never had one.

Here is what i have now everything may be related, and might not be, but I was hoping someone might have a clue as to what was going on. Some ideas.

joint pain gets worse with weather being damp, xrays indicate no arthritis. My alkaline phosphatase will elevate randomly. Had live biopsy in 2005 came back clean. Thyroid tested fine. I have bumps that come up on the back of my throat but test negative for strep. Random weird skin issue on back of my neck tested negative for myrsa. All of these things could they all be related? I'm extra sensitive to caffeine, medications, lotions, and some foods. I feel like somethings wrong but it is getting to the point where everyone just thinks its all in my head. Any ideas?

Also when they take those tests does it show if the Alkaline phosphatase is from the liver, or could it be bone related?
