    Question Strange undiagnosed breathing issues

I'm a healthy 18 year old male but for almost as far back as I can remember, I've had a problem that causes my breathing to 'stutter' when I exhale and sometimes it can get so bad it seriously effects my speech and causes my face to tense up. I've seen a few professionals about it but no one seems to know, one even dismissed it as hiccups. I do have a fair amount of family related, stressy things at the back of my mind all the time and I've basically put it down to stress but I'd like to know if there could be another cause. It doesn't frighten me at all as it happens every single time I exhale so I've gotten used to it.
