    Popping and creaking in chest

I am 18 year old male and have been experiencing creaking in my lower right chest when I breathe and when I push on the area, it doesn't happen to often this goes away when I cough. This has been happening for a couple of years now. Recently I am also getting a popping sensation when I take a deep breathe or move in a certain way. It seems to be happening in the same area as the creaking. It does not cause me any pain, discomfort or breathing difficulty, although it is irritating. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
