    Chest X-Ray Changes

freaking out a bit here. My husband went to receive a routine x-ray and was found to have bronchitis. The nurse called back the next day and said "there have been changes to your x-ray" and he needs to go see his doctor. What would cause "changes" to an x-ray? He doesn't smoke and seems healthy.
