    Trouble Breathing for 2 month

Hello, I have been having a reoccurring problem for nearly 2 months now, as it is getting to the point where is it almost unbearable. First, it started out not as bad, but I could still feel it. It is like as if I was trying to breathe underwater even if I was in the air. Sometimes I would able to forget about this problem by distracting myself so that I would breathe subconsciously and not have to worry about it. I took a break from electronics for a few days to see if compulsive gaming was the problem, and it did go away for a few days. I continued to play video games after that and everything was fine. Eventually, it came back after a week. By playing video games I was able to stop myself from feeling the discomfort. This feeling would not go away and would also start to prevent me from having a decent nights sleep. I am now on vacation and have been off the game for 5 days, and the problem has only worsened. I feel like my lungs are week and it takes more energy just to take a breath.

It is getting to the point where I canít enjoy anything because my breathing distracts me from it. Even if I forget about it, I will be reminded by it whenever I take a breath that requires more effort.
