One time asbestos exposure...PANIC???

I went exploring an abandoned building the other day with some friends. I was wearing a asbestos aproved/facemask...those other guys did not. Anyway, we traveled through a basement area where you could see the asbestos dust in the air when you flashed the camera. We were there for about 10 minutes.

Does anyone think there is a great risk of problems arising from this type of one time incedent? Or does it take greater exposure time for trouble. Needless to say, Ill never go in one of those buildings again......

It takes many years of regular asbestos exposure to develop problems from it. Don't worry about it.
