what does unremarkable mean in CT Chest w/contrast results?

what does chest wall unremarkable mean in CT Chest w/contrast results, when the CT results were excellent?

It just means that there was nothing unusual or out of the ordinary with your chest wall. In other words, they found no problems with your CT scan.
