Oh please help me! Please! Scarring in the lung apices?

First I want to thank you for even reading this. I have medical problems but not one really has to do with me breathing. I have suffered from bronchio asthma as a child and every year around the winter time i would get a cold along with asthma and it usually goes away like any cold. I have not been sick in a long time with asthma but when I got it it was hard to deal with. However, I have other problems. I have Arnold Chiari Malformation, Hashimotos and disc problems in my cervical spine. I noticed in an old Ct scan for my cervical spine dated almost four years back, the radiologist report stated that i suffered from poor posture (degenerative bones) but it also added something about my lungs at the very bottom,

Partial visualization of the posterior Fossa without marked findings; lung apices with irregular attenuation likely fibrosis.

The thing is, my doctor never mentioned it to me. No one did. Four years later I am panicking about it because well i do suffer from anxiety. I breathe fairly well. My throat hurts here and there but thats common. I only cough when i laugh, sometimes a dry cough comes on but like any other person. I did live in my mom's basement for four years but i never had breathing issues other than asthma once in a blue when i am sick with a cold. Do you know anything about this? Is it common? Will the scars get worst? OMG your suggestions will really make me sleep better tonight, of course depending on the answer :.( Its bad enough i have to deal with my other health issues, i can't afford this.

IF you have pulmanary fibrosis, seek an experienced lung specialist. You need to find out if this is what you have before getting all worked up. Get a second opinion after you get the first.
