Lung Crackles versus Spiro ?

Hi, I need a second advice,

I'am followed by 2 internist and one generalist, and maybe someone could answer me or give me a hint. (I weight 92kg and I'am 5'11'' at 33year old. (never smoked))

Got 3 spiro over 3 years. restrictive syndrome. at 70%.

major stats;
fev1 = 3.7, predicted 5.2
tlc = 3.9, predicted 5.2
diffusing ok

The problem is simple, xray, scan does not show nothing. So they all fell to tell me it's extrinsinc, thus obesity.

Recently the last internist heard some crackles, appearing at the end of inspiration. I even feel them as gargling, like one from the stomath, but in the left lung. The crackling is not always there, but someone got a idea except obesity for a extrinsinc restrive syndrome with crackling ? or it's a starting IPF maybe

Only fact I know, xray always show my lung as not optimal for the volume (I double check radiologist write-up)

I just want some idea, in case they told me again it's obesity, as it's the easy way out sometime.

The crackling is my symptom that worry me, as *********, and google list pneunonia, ipf and heart problem mostly. and I seen nowhere that that symptom can be a extrasinc symptom.
