Unhappy 19 f lung problems help!!!

I was in a car wreck 6 months ago which is how doctors discovered 3 spots on my lungs. Keep in mind I'm 19 years old, hadn't even been smoking cigarettes a year before I found out about the spots. Pretty healthy over all, worst thing I've had is the flu. I have been seeing a lung specialist, after numerous xrays, ct scans, ect my doctor said he didn't like a certain spot because of its shape and it is getting bigger. So I had to have a lung biopsy, they went in through my nose, down my throat and into my ungs, and tried to get samples of the spot, a week later I get my results but they didn't even get a sample of the actual spot, so I go and have a second biopsy, this time, 2 needles in my side going into my lungs. Go to the doctor a week later and they still didn't get into the actual spot. So my doctor is just having me come back in 4 months to do another ct scan to see if it grew more. As of lately I feel awful, always sleepy, muscle pain, constantly coughing beige and sometimes brown mucus, sometimes . o. f blood even, just recently I've been having god awful shooting pains in my left lung and constant aching in my shoulder and chest along with my back when I breath, also the weirdest thing, I have trouble swallowing, like its like I forget how to swallow, I'm wondering if I should get a second opinion or just wait four months to seeee what my doctor says? I appreciate any advice or help.
