    Negative ANA

Hello, all! I wanted to come here and see if anyone has any insight into what could be going on with me . My ANA came back negative, but my primary dr had also ran a dsDNA test which came back at 276 IU/ml. He says hes not worried about that because the range my lab gave was 200-300 borderline for antibodies to dsDNA, 300-800 moderately positive, and over 800 as virtually diagnostic for SLE.

All ranges I found online were much smaller than this. Is it normal for a healthy person to have my level of dsDNA? Im starting to feel like Im crazy with my symptoms! Any insight anyone may have would be amazing. Thank you so much!
