    Heart issues

Iíve been to the ER twice this week with intense chest pain in my heart area. EKG and blood work checked out fine. Iím being a referred to a cardiologist. The Drs suspect pericarditis or myocarditis. Iím taking NSAIDs and low dose prednisone until I can get an appointment. My question is does anyone on here have either of those and is it pretty manageable? Iíd course it kind of freaks me out just because itís heart related but I have read that itís not really life threatening until youíve had it a long time and it could cause damage to the heart. Iíd really like some info if anyone can help me out. Thank you. Kathryn
