could it be lupus

I hope this isn't too terribly long...basically i've been wondering about lupus but really dont want to go to the dr unless im positive because i dont want to be thought of as a hypochondriac. the main reason ive been reading around today is because i woke up this morning with extreme pain in my right hip area. it feels like it's down to the bone. i couldnt get up but i couldnt lay there either because of the pain- i couldn't get comfortable
That leg is not bruised but I have 3 or 4 bruises on my other thigh that I don't know where they came from.
Some other issues:
last summer I had severe night sweats. so bad i fell asleep with my phone and had to have it replaced. I only had night sweats 3 or 4 times
around the same time i also started getting sleep paralysis. i had it 3 or 4 times then it disappeared for about 6 months and has come back worse and more often.
I've had auditory hallucinations, hag phenomenon-only once- exploding head syndrome/ear popping visual hallucinations: exploding colours in the room like what i would assume taking shrooms to be like, and once i had kind of a seizure but i was conscious. thought i'd imagined it as part of sleep paralysis but my boyfriend confirmed it.

I also have butt acne.....horribly embarrassing. it started last year after i visited a tanning bed and i thought it was just a heat rash but a year later I still have it, they are scarring really bad. ive started putting a scar cream on it. they dont exactly pop like a pimple or a boil. its so bad i do not turn my back on my boyfriend unless i have pants on.

I also have a very sensitive stomach and a lot of times have diarrhea and hemmorhoids.

The other thing is that im always sleepy. I could literally sleep all day. i can drink energy drinks and then go to sleep. i nap for 4 or 5 hours. i can go to sleep at 5 pm and sleep until 7 the next morning. twice i have nearly fallen asleep at restaurants. i CANNOT stay awake through a whole movie.

I also gained 30 pounds last summer but i just attributed that to early 20s and the fact that I was drinking heavily during that time.

Finally, i very often have brain fog. I'm not sure whether or not I've said something, I cant come up with words i want. yesterday i could come up with the word authority but not approval which is what i wanted. i have a really bad memory and just often feel like i'm far away

I know this is a bunch of random stuff and maybe im just reaching but i just wanted someone else's opinion.

ive only been hospitalized once for a kidney stone 4 years ago that i could not pass and had to have the ultrasound to break it up. ive only had one surgery which was a cyst removal from my breast 3 years ago. the only other issue is when i was a toddler i had such bad anemia they almost did a bone marrow test for leukemia but then it got better.

Re: could it be lupus

i knew i would forget some things. starting a couple months ago i also started sweating during the day. im not even hot just sitting down and i sweat so much i get pit stains. i have never sweat before. its very embarrassing because i feel like i stink. i had a nother night sweat the other night but it wasnt as bad as the previous ones. right now i have a really sore throat that i assume is just due to drainage. i am supposed to be referred to either a neurologist or an endocrinologist next wek

Re: could it be lupus

Littlesister, I'm just a patient but two things you mention stand out to me especially: sweating & visual/auditory hallucinations. With the very little I know, the specialist you're about to see, either neurologist or endocrinologist, would be the two that came to my mind. I hope you get off to a good start & get answers & help soon. Got my fingers crossed for you, hugs, Vee
