    Taking antibiotics with rice?

I'm taking cipro, doxy, plaquenil and having some trouble figuring out foods to eat in the morning that don't interfere with the meds. I found this rice cereal that doesn't have any vitamins or minerals added to it, but it does have 2% daily value of iron. I calculated that to be 0.04 mgs of iron. Does anyone know if that would interfere with the meds or not?

it shouldnt, unless your taking certain drugs that interfere with liver function.

Hi Matt, the main things to be concerned with is.

Do not eat refined sugars or yeast while taking antibiotics.

You can go to the health food store and get bread with no yeast in it.
You can try Stevia for sweetner. It is natural.

Do not do substitute sweetners such as Sweet and low. That is just garbage.

Remember to detox your body to help the over load of dead toxins.

    And take probiotics every day!

My doc has me eating rice products instead of wheat and corn.

Hang in there it gets better!

    Jodie
