    Eyes

Has anyone had debilitating eye pain that no one can diagnose or help with? I have many visual disturbances also these two things are by far the worst. The eye pain is unrelenting has all but stopped my life I canít even go outside to do anything anymore. Had two mri and ct that came back good and been to many eye specialists. I could write a book on the visual problems but if I could get this pain under control I could function again. Iím sorry if Iíve posted this before desperate for any help. Please if anyone has had an experience like this or knows of something to help please let me know it would be appreciated way more than words could ever say. Thank you and God bless

    Re: Eyes

    Hey,

You do have lyme disease. Right? If you do, eye problems are high on the list of symptoms for most lymies. The best thing you can do is continue to treat the lyme, aggressively, if need be. All symptoms that develop because of LD need further LD treatment. Many people will go from one specialist to another for various issues (symptoms) that arise and usually those specialists find nothing. This is because the problems stem from Lyme and most practitioners are not schooled in lyme disease treatment. If you are not already seeing an LLMD (lyme literate medical doctor) it would behoove you to find one.

That said, I know how scary eye problems can be. I've had my fair share of them, believe me! But, again, I emphasize, treat the lyme and don't let up just because you start feeling better. Reading up on this yourself might also help to ease your fears. I wish you the best with this.

    Tess
