Hi. Dr. Gregory Bach in Colmar, PA right outside Philly is a genious--but very expensive and didn't like it when we questioned him too much. But if you can take that, he sure is a genious. Good luck.

Hi Kloyne. There is another doctor in Hermitage who comes highly recommended (not Dr. J) and the doctor in Colmar also comes highly recommended. There are not many Lyme knowledgeable doctors. You are lucky to have two who are in-state because many people have to travel out of state to see one.

Maybe there is someone in your area who also sees the same doctor and you could make the trip together. Maybe they could do the driving and you could pay for the gas.

we went to dr b for over 20 months, he is excelant. i met with both drs in hermitage and liked dr s personality and spiritual approch aswell as his nutritional input. the only reason we switched was distance. it was over 585 miles from p.hill oh to colmar. hermitage is less than 280. we can go and be home same day.

I know Bloomsburg, Pa is also going to be a far drive, however, there is a doctor, whom, my husband and I are going to see tonite that treats just lyme patients. He is a gp ( general practioner) who came down with lymes and now that is all he does. He too, is expensive. We are looking at paying $400 for this first visit. [ removed ]He is worth the drive. Dr. Bach is more than double that amount for the first visit and lab work is more than that. It is disgusting how much people have to pay to see a LLMD. So many can't take insurance so they can treat how they want and actually help people!
