Question Sluggish Lymphatic System

I was wondering if anybody has a sluggish Lymphatic system, and what are you doing about it? I definitely do, and in 2 1/2 months of Spleen and Liver support and Bowen massage therapy, it's still not moving. Any suggestions?

Re: Sluggish Lymphatic System

What are the signs of a sluggish lymphatic system? How can you tell if there's a problem. I don't know anything about this, please fill me in. Thanks...

Re: Sluggish Lymphatic System

Amber29,

My chiro has me on a rogram to help detox. I am on:

Drainage D-tox lymph by Micro West
Drainpar by Energique Homeopathic

I am also rebounding everyday. 5 mins at a time...working up to 20 mins a day.

Skin brushing everyday before bath or shower.

I tried out Vodder therapy manual lymphatic drainage. I got very sick so I am obviously not ready for that yet. Maybe in a couple of months.(Now my hubbie can massage my shoulders for a min or two and I get sick). I have an extremely high toxic load.

My chiro also has me on liguid herbs and berries by Energique
and Veggie caps by Nutri West.

I am to do detox baths every other day rotating... 5 ORGANIC lemons(cut up and juiced..everything but seeds in tub)....1cup sea salt to 1 cup baking soda.....32 oz hydrogen peroxide to 2 cups epson salt and 2 TBPS fresh grated ORGANIC ginger in a coffee filter tied off.

Hope this helps. Remember if your system is backed up you really want to start off slow. Take it from Me...I was SOOOO sick after just doing the manual drainage..just neck and face. Make sure if you decide to do that you let them know to start and then work up to more body parts.
~P
