    my detox bath (Effects)

Hi all i have posted this in 2 seperate threads, as i would like as much feedback as possible, pretty please from anyone who may see some similarities. many thanks Jules

Well off i trott today, my god organic lemons.
    what a laugh.
1 hour later i find a lovely little fruit shop.

Armed with goodies i make my brew.

Hhhhmmm i think to my self witches couldran.

In a bowl i put 5 lemon juice in
( sori did pips juicer takes the lot)
Then sea salt. the baking powder.
It fizzed and freaked me a bit.
    then paroxide 30ml
    then ginger 2 tblsp grated.
    Then lemon pulp.

    Mixed it together.
LOL i havent a clue if this is right.

ran a lovely hot bath, poored the goodies in.
got in and was all prepared for my 1 and a half hour bath.

naughty naughty had teh tv at the door, a book, and away we go.

well i was ok to start with and its very mellowing.
    i got a few concerns.
my eyes and ears and face with the mix,
    could it be dangerouse.
i had to keep moving to get all bits under
( hey im a big lass lol )
so i did sometime one side each and tried to get shoulders under as much as possible.

    and it was very mellowing.

then realised i had forgotten to keep water on teh hot side so i topped up.
well after that i was so uncomfortable.
i was pulsating and light headed, my left side in my head very strange.
    i had to get out
    i only managed 40 minutes.

I laid on my bed and the back pulsing was so strong i felt sick.
It went from my neck to the tops of the back of my legs.
an occasional pulse in my left knee but nothing other than that.
My head was painfull which has now settled in my farhead
My ears were in an aircraft.

i tried to feel for the pulsing but there is no sign of it on the out side of the body and itis this that i get fustrated with how can you get help for what can't be seen or felt.

    20 minutes later
    The pulsating has calmed now.
    The ears are improving.

5 hours later i still feel light headed but im ok.
Manic from lithium withdrawl im sure.

So i dont think any of this like what you seem to suffer after a bath.
The pulsating was worrying and very trying.
But still that could happen to anyone couldnt it in one of these baths.

Anyway honeys if you see anything that may resemble something you think i need to know than please let me know.

    very grateful and many thanks

    Re: my detox bath (Effects)

hi jules....just wanted to say that when i first started detox baths i could only handle about 10 minutes before i felt like i was literally going to die. my skin would burn, i would see red streaks and red rashes start to from the lymes not liking the bath. my skin would sting, crawl, and pulse. my head would spin and i would see lights and spots. every single one of my symptoms (and there are a lot) would get so much worse. i literally had to drag myself out of the water and hope i could make it to the bed to collapse in a heap for aobut 5 hours or so of rest. these baths are a big detox and it comse as a shock to our very toxic bodies. plus the syprochetes do not like warmer temps and get very aggravated...hense the intense reactions we all have. i had to settle for just doing the baths every other day for only 10 minutes or so for about 3 or 4 weeks, then i was gradually abld to up them to 15 to 20. i have been doing this for about 4 months and i have yet to stay in a tub longer than 25 or 30 minutes....i guess i would suggest trying to start slowly and build up. perhaps you will not have such a bad reaction then.

if you want to read more about what detox baths and etc try doing a search of this board with the search tool for "detox" and you'll be able to pull up all the old conversations on the'll find recipes for baths and all kinds of goodies. hope some of this helps.

    thanks romans
i just can't bare to think of all those symptoms, i thought i felt bad and i had nothing compared to those.

i did have to hold the sink to stand up a minute when i got out.

but nothing like yours and crashing for 5 hours.
you must live in constant battle in body and mind.
i will try one more on monday and see as you say for shorter times in warmer water.

once my water got hot i was out, i pulsated terrible, my temples in my head had thier own agenda.

thanks for clarifying the syptoms roman thats what i needed.

hope this finds you well today.

    tick tack toe ,

I wouldn't combine all of the baths together. Got to start out slow.

The water tempwas too hot and probably brought your blood pressure down too low and that is why you couldn't hold yourself up. Just filling the tub with warm water should be good. I always increase the temp after I've been in. Also soaking for too long can really zap you.

    Hello GGB
i read a post saying you where having respite time, nice to see you back in, or may be i was on a very old thread, lol i been everywhere but in the minute im standing lately.

I had soaked for about 30 minute and id forgot to keep the water hot.
But i find it hard work to stay in a bath with out the possion ( my nick name )

The discomfort of the throbbing, i think i need to read up on blood pressure and how its effected by heat, as i thought it would go higher as i was hotter.

see dim wit here, but it goes to show its what you have and know that counts.

i feel terrible as here i am looking for symptoms and you all so obviously know!! you have yours.
so it doesnt feel right taking up a space on here.

i must resign soon, to teh fact that i have or have not and only a doc will know in the end.

    many thanks GGB
hope things stay on top for you and life is colourfull.
