Hyper Barrick Oxygen Thinking of this treatment?

Was wondering if anyone as tried this treatment and what the result may have been...

Its very expensive and both my wife and I would need it. Over 2,000.00 per month per person.

I am thinking of tring it. Please any feedback would be great!

Hi Mike and Mrs. Mike! How are you both doing?

I have read about medicinal uses of hyperbaric chambers. They are the same kind of tanks that are used to decompress deep sea divers when they return to sea level air pressure.

From what I recall, the increase in atmospheric pressure and use of oxygen forces the germs out of your body's tissues. I can't remember the exact mechanism that does this.

The treatment takes a long time (hour or more per session) and can be very expensive.

Good luck and I hope you get some good info!

    ekim

It never fails to amaze me that I'm thinking about something and here it is on this board.

I was wondering about this also and asked my LLMD at my last visit afew weeks ago. I had read an article on this and how it is used for burn patients and used after surgery so healing is better and faster. Gets oxygen into the cells & ketes don't like oxygen. The article listed a website for more info and chambers locations (I don't think there is many around). When I find that info I will post it.

I knew it was expensive. How many sessions for $2,000. and how many sessions are recommended?

My LLMD said it helped her husband temporarily, but not the magic bullet that turned his condition around. They had to go to delaware from NJ for a chamber. That was several years ago so maybe there are more now.

I'd be interested in any info you find out.

    Hi all -

Being the post above stated that it helped the LLMD's husband temporarily I would think its a lot of money for temporary. I think detox baths and hydrogen proxide baths would help. The hydrogen proxide helps with the oxygen as well...so I thought but best to research further.

    Mike -
How long have you and your wife been sick? Which meds are you previously taken?

    Hi Ekim,

I don't know if you read about Brooke Landau, she had Lyme in the worse way and almost lost her eyesight besides other really bad symptoms.

She finally decided on treatment that consisted of pumping high doses of antibiotics into her heart for 24-hours a day for two months.

She also underwent 30 days of treatment in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber.

She didn't have to pay for that because she was considered a research subject as it was experimental. I don't know if they are still pumping antibiotics into the heart inside a chamber.

She is now considered cured from Lyme except for bad headaches. I believe she plays an active role in helping others with Lyme.

    Thought that was interesting,
    Denise

Re: Hyper Barrick Oxygen Thinking of this treatment?

I have been with a doctor, Dr. J.

They now have this and are offering it.

Cost is 275.00 per treatment of 90 minutes

    Two times a week

To start for six weeks to see if it helps.

My dilemma if it works and gives you a normal life back, does it cure it? And if not, will we need to do this for the rest of our lives?

We will try it, but I will not pay for it this way 4000.00 a month, we will take a loan out and buy one. No choice. Really if it works.

Need something else more then what I have learned about or used so far. This is becoming a more painfull stages for me then mental.

Hips, shoulders, arms, knees, back. But my head is clearer. And I am doing better also with going to the bathroom. Uranation was really hard now for a long time.

Started new antibiotic and I am going easier. This is a relief believe me.

hydrogen proxide - did this through IV. Man did I have a bad reaction... I even scared the nurses I could see it in their faces.

I went completely white and almost passed out.

This is interesting, and yes the doctor dose want me to do a hi-dose of antibiotics on a PCCI line.

He said its about the meds and getting them in deep.

I know we are all in this together. Isn't it a shame the time and money we spend to do our own research. We sure could use some big boy help could'nt we all...

    Hi Ekim,

After reading all your posts, everything you have tried plus the expenses, my heart believes that you and Mrs. Ekim would be in good hands if you both went to Dr. Jernigan's clinic in Kansas. He has done wonders for Jeanne, and even though I never saw him in person, his products have done wonders for me.

From what Jeanne said, he has sophisticated machines for testing, so much knowledge about Lyme since he had it himself, etc.

    Just a thought,
    Denise

Hi Ekim. One of my friends spent $12,000 for hyperbaric oxygen treatments and it did make her feel better for a while, but she didn't get cured. Actually, she is very sick lately.

I think if it were me, I would do what deejavu suggested and think about going to kansas. I am impressed with Dr. J's products.

I hope you have a breakthrough soon, I know you have been suffering for a long time.
