    Question Coffee Enema Anyone?

    Hi all,

I know some members here do the Coffee Enema. I am ready to do this but I don't understand why Dr. Jernigan says to do this at night? What happens when I go to sleep and wake up because I still have to go to the bathroom?

    Thanks in advance,
    Denise

    Hi Denise:

The only coffee that is going into my body is going in through my mouth and in the morning. Let me know how it goes. (no pun intended)

    Frango

P.S. since caffeine is a no-no are you suppsed to use decaf?

    Re: Coffee Enema Anyone?

LOL, frango, I said those exact words! And I said, "that is a one-way-only area." But then I did the enema when I did my fasting. It wasn't a big deal, but I don't think I'll do it again any time soon.

Denise, I did mine in the morning. I wasn't going to warm up more coffee at night when I already made coffee in the morning. You should absolutely not use decaf or instant. Organic, unflavored, caffienated coffee is best.

    Denise:

Dr.Samantha came up with a new receipe for enema's because of the caffeine issue some of us have (Dr. David always had me do the enema in the morning for that reason - just in case!)

    Here is the new receipe:

Simmer for 15 minutes and strain:

    j4 C. water
2 tsp. ORGANIC coffee (NO DECAF!!!)
    3 mild thistle teabags

Bring abovbe to room temperature and add:
1/2 droper Biotics liquid Iodine (unless you are allergic to iodine) Note: THis is NOT
the iodine you buy in the store to put on cuts)
2 TBS liquid clhlorophyll or fresth wheat grass juice
    1 capsule or liquid B12
    a table Total probiotyics

follow enema direations in Beating Lyme Disease, ps. 244

will post soon but wanted to get this out to you!!

    Re: Coffee Enema Anyone?

    Hi Jeanne,

Golly, just when I had all the right ingredients, Dr. Samantha has to add more! LOL! Just how much is going to fit in there?

I do have the sublingual B12, do you think that will get absorbed in there?

I am blushing from all of this, I really am.

Well, I was out so much yesterday and I'm not going out again today so let the first enema just be the organic coffee that I have. I'm still not in the mood to do this yet. Maybe in an hour or so.

Hope the Vitamin Shoppe has Thistle Teabags. I know GNC has liquid B12 and the other ingredients. Between both stores, I should get everything my body needs.

I guess there must be a good reason for all this extra stuff, right? This is sounding more painful than I thought.

I am printing out what you posted for the future "enemas".

    Thanks so much Jeanne,
    Denise

    Re: Coffee Enema Anyone?

    Hey Jules,

Fly me to the Moon was sang by Frank Sinatra by Count Basie Lyrics.

    It goes like this:

    Fly me to the moon
Let me sing among those stars
Let me see what spring is like
    On Jupiter and Mars

In other words, hold my hand
In other words, baby kiss me

    Fill my heart with song
Let me sing for ever more
You are all I long for
    All I worship and adore

In other words, please be true
In other words, I love you
    ------------

The Honeymooners was a TV show with Jackie Gleason as Ralph Kramden, his wife was played by Audrey Meadows. This show was from the 1950's.

Now, who is the Clangers? LOL!

    HI All:

I don't know how we got form Coffee enemas to Frank Sinatra, but Oh, well...

Speaking of the song Fly me to the moon if anyone is ever looking for a good movie you should rent Once Around with Richard Dreyfuss and Holly Hunter- it is a really good movie.

    Hi Frango,

I saw that movie twice because I loved it! I think we went from coffee enema's to Frank Sinatra because "mooning" was involved

I still didn't do it yet. Everytime I think about it, I have to go to the bathroom Is that called subliminal thinking?

    Coffee lovers,
Dr. Jernigan's book states to use organic coffee (pg 244) but the coffee we brought home from his clinic was raw UNROASTED organic coffee. It is very light in color. It has a pleasant aroma when boiled but somewhat different than normal dark roasted coffee.

    Re: Coffee Enema Anyone?

    Hi DD,

Thanks for the tip! My organic coffee is roasted I think. That little bag of coffee costs $10.00! Guess organic is always more money.

Still haven't done the "process yet", I have to go out again because I'm meeting one of my friends. Don't want to get the "urge" while I'm out

    Jeanne

Denise, I promise the first enema is the worst!! (I haven't tried Dr. Samantha's new receipe either. Still need to purchase the milk thistle tea bags.)
