    So excited, I am going for my first llmd visit today!!!! nervous, but excited. I feel so unprepared now....I thought I was doing so good, now I'm just one big panic attack!

    Good luck! I had my first LLMD appointment yesterday and it was a good experiance. You have nothing to worry about, I promise. I'm sure your LLMD will be helpful and nice.

    Good luck Jamie and try not to be nervous.

    You'll be fine.

    At my first appt with my LLMD, I couldn't remember any dates or any of my previous test results or even what my prior symptoms were when I was sitting in front of the doctor.

    It didn't matter though. The LLMD just worked with the data I could retrieve from my head and made diagnosis based on my current symptoms.

    Just relax and it'll be a good experience.

    Be sure to let us know what happens and how it went.
