Question can someone pls explain results?

Hi, my daughter was diagnosed with lyme in december. Her results: Lyme/wesern blt IgG/IgM Ab 8.15 positive 5 of borelia bands: 18, 23, 28, 30, 39, 41, 45, 58, 66, 93 IgM WB positive 2 of the bands: 23, 39, 41

EBV Ab VCA IgC high EBV Nuclear Antigen Ab high.

I got her retested last month and it came down after 28 days of antibiotics. She still is very tired. Her new results:
LYME Ab/western 5.38
Lyme Ab Interp. EIA 3.42

Igg WB positive 5 borrelia bands
Lyme Igm wb interp 2 bands.

Does this mean she is getting better? Should she still be tired? Would another round of antibiotics help? She is 13 and has no energy.

Testing for lyme is not accurate. Each time you go, you can get different bands to pull up. (it can happen). She needs treatment from what I have read, up to 3 months, past her not having symptoms anymore.

Could be she needs her thyroid checked, and put on adrenal supplements.

She has not been treated long enough looks like from reading your post.

She needs to see a Lyme Literate Medical Doctor. Not a doctor that thinks 3 to 6 weeks of treatment is enough.
She needs to be tested for co-infections such as babesia, bartonella, and others. She needs to be tested and treated for viral infections too.

I hope she gets better soon!
