Lyme literate doctors who treat in Sacramento

Has anyone found a LLMD near Sacramento, CA? I've tried 7 doctors and the UCDavis Medical center. All say, "we have to follow the IDSA guidelines". When I read the 65 page review of it's guidelines (4/2010) and the Chairperson wrote, " Guidelines are not intended to be (and cannot be) rigid dicta, inflexible rules, or requirements of practice", I don't understand their motives.

If you can't find one in your area any chance you could go to the Bay Area? There are a number of LLMD's around there. Many times people have to travel, at least for the initial visit.
