Unhappy HELP! "Mesenteric adenitis'

Hi there,
I was hoping someone could help me. I went to the doctor about a month ago and said that I have started to get really bad stomach pains. After a pregnancy test, urine test and ultra sound coming up clear she told me she could not help me and told me to go see the local surgeon.. Two weeks later I got in, and he sent me for blood test and X-rays, and by that time I got shooting pain in my back about every 20 minutes. After the results got in he told me to go to ED, and they would take some more tests.. And I had a CT and more blood tests. My CT scan says that I have inflamed lymph noids in my stomach, and the doctor sent me home saying i have 'mesenteric adenitis'
I have been doing some research and it says the symptoms should only last a few days, a week at most.. I'm worried that they just 'fobbed me off' without looking in to it further.
Has anyone have these symptoms? This diagnosis and had a different outcome?
Basically my pain in in the right side of my stomach, with pain across my bra line and pains in the back.. I some times am nauseous and have series of stabbing pains, about 3 times an hour. The pain in total, does not go away..
