"mildly swollen lymph node but normal morphology"

I had some sort of infection in my throat about 2 months ago which resulted in a painful and swollen lymph node on my left side. After anti-biotics the swelling and pain went down but they lymph node still seemed pretty enlarged. I went to my doctor who did a manual examination and agreed it was swollen so ordered an ultrasound. The test results came back today and it's my right lymph node that showed up as slightly enlarged, not my left. She wants me to have some blood work done.

The report says: "Right submandibular lymph node measures
approximately 2 x 0.6 x 1.3 cm mildly enlarged though demonstrate
normal morphology."

I don't feel sick, have no pain in my throat (no sore throat), no fatigue, no night sweats, fever, etc.

Anyone have slighly swollen lymph nodes that turned out to be nothing??
