    Fevers for 4 months

I have had fever everyday for 4 months. Ranging between 99-101 with spikes
to 105. I have been to my DR and they did blood test, CT, x-ray (chest). The blood results showed no infection or inflammation in the body, white bood cells were normal but barely, they were on the low side. Chest x-ray didn't show anything and CT showed a mass on my kidney and cysts on my ovaries. However, the lymphnodes in my neck are becoming larger. The only other symptoms that I have are night sweats, headaches and decreased appetite. Any help yall can provide would be great.
