Swollen Lymph Node in neck

I posted last year when I was dianosed with a swollen lymph nodes that turned out to be a swollen salivary gland. I learned an important lesson after taking 3 courses of antibiotics. Don't mess around with a regular doctor when you have a specific problem. Go to a specialist early on. This time my face feels swollen and tight on the right side. It comes and goes. I've had post nasal drip on right side for about 3 weeks. Went to regular doctor who said I have shotty lymph nodes on right side. He gave me Singular and nose spray that helped for 6 days and then the swollen feeling came back. Went to ENT doctor who found one swollen lymph node that is tender to touch. I started feeling exhausted the past few days with no other symptoms. She has me on an antiobiotic for 7 days and then I go back in 3 weeks. I'm a little worried again. The node was deep and I didn't feel it myself. She also mentioned that I might have tmj because the swelling seems to be in the jaw area but I also feel a fullness or pressure inside ears that comes and goes. Do these symptoms sound familiar to anyone. Can allergic rhinitis cause my lymph node to swell?
