Layed on neck wrong in bed.

Title says it now it feels so outta place cant move my neck a certain way this is on the right side noticed this when I woke up yesterday morning not this morning cause i havent gone to bed yet. But I had someone rub it and they said the right side behind my ear the bone area behind my ear feels a little larger than the left it does feel like it a little but if i press on the bone itself it dont hurt can that area swell or something from the way I slept? I also lay down on my bed with a pillow on my head and curved up against the wall looking at my computer.. it hurts when I like tilt my head back feels really outta place. I dont know how to crack my neck either but u can hear it outta place when i move it around. Just worrys me if it did swell the bone isnt there a lymph node back there? would that cause this to swell?
