It sort of depends. Talk with your gyno. As long as you have your ovaries, you could possibly have bleeding that is normal. And you are welcome to say you are menopausal if you want! I wouldn't let this stop me. The only time it counts is if you are going to have surgery. If it hasn't been more than 12 months they usually want a pregnancy test. Also, if you are so inclined, HRT can take care of that so you won't have a period.
