Doctors Orders!

Been advised to take time off from work, just haven't been coping at work. Put my first Evorel patch on today, hopefully it will help my menopause symptoms. I really am at the end of my tether now!

Watch this space.

Re: Doctors Orders!

Hi Barbs,
What kind of work do you do? Are there any other areas you could move to until you feel better? I envy that you are able to take it easy for awhile. I would love to, but the lights and heat would go off quickly! I am lucky that my work is not physical and I can sit when I need to or leave when I need a bathroom break every 20 minutes. What kind of symptoms are bothering you? Hopefully the patch will kick in quickly. I will be interested to hear how you are doing, I will be hoping the best for you. Ann

Re: Doctors Orders!

Thanks Ann for your concern,

I've been suffering a lot of related menopause symtoms, both phyisical and mentally. I've just not been coping too well at all.

I work in social care, which can be very demanding, and can be very physical too! I enjoy what I do, but I've just not got the energy at the moment. You really have to be focused and there's a lot of responsibility involved. I'm just not able to give the same commitment.

Hopefully, I'll get back on track soon.
